"I wasn’t expecting much, but my order..."
I wasn’t expecting much, but my order showed up way quicker than I thought it would. Everything arrived fine and there were no issues, which was a nice surprise.

I don’t know, I was expecting it to feel a bit nicer, but right away it kind of gave off that cheap feel. Like, it looks okay at first, but once you actually hold it or use it, you can tell it’s not great quality. Not the worst thing ever, just not something I’d be excited to buy again

"Cute packaging and it arrived looking really nice"
I was happy with how it showed up. The packaging was cute and had a nice little put-together feel to it, which I always appreciate because it makes the whole thing feel a bit more special. Everything looked good when I opened it, and it arrived in nice condition, so overall it made a good first impression

"I did like a few of the..."
I did like a few of the colors, so it’s not like I hated it or anything. But once I looked at the total with shipping, it just felt like too much for what showed up. The stuff is fine, and I’ll probably still use it, but somehow that makes the price feel even more annoying. It’s okay overall, just not something I’d call a good deal.

"Good service, just took a bit"
The customer service was actually helpful once I got through. It just took a little longer than I expected, so I was kind of waiting around for a bit... but in the end they did help me out
